Where is the best place to park?

The hotel has a private garage 300 meters away, where 5 spots can be reserved daily. The cost is €12.50 per night. Standard parking is available between 15:00 and 11:00, however you can request an exception. Reserving a parking spot can be done when booking via our website or via the button in the confirmation email. The private garage does not have charging poles.‍

The closest (150 meters away) alternative parking is at Nieuwe Markt. Here you pay €2.73 per hour or €25.00 for a day pass.‍

It is also possible to park for free on the other side of the IJssel River, at Parking Area de Worp. Afterwards, you can take the foot ferry back for only €1.10 per person.‍

The nearest public parking garages are the Brinkgarage, Stadspoort and Centrumgarage, all within a five to ten minute walk to the hotel. Here you pay €1.76 per hour or €10.00 for a day pass. The garages have charging stations.‍

What are the conditions for cancellations and reservations?

When finalizing a reservation you agree to the terms below:

Restaurant & Meeting

1. Allergies and/or dietary requirements can be communicated up to 7 days before the arrival day.

2. The number of persons can be adjusted up to 24 hours before the arrival day, after this time a cancellation fee of €25,00 per person will be charged due to kitchen preparations. If the number of persons differs considerably from the number discussed in advance, it may be possible - by mutual agreement - to charge room rent for the reserved space.

3. The complete reservation can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date. Costs incurred (related to preparations) will be charged. For the restaurant, these conditions apply to a party of 6 or more.

1. The overnight stay including other costs discussed in advance can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival day.

‍

2. Within 48 and 24 hours before the arrival day, the cancellation fee is €75.00 per room.

‍

3. Within 24 hours before the arrival day the cancellation costs are all costs of the first night.

‍

Please note that the arrival day starts at 00:00 a.m.

What are the opening hours?

The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from noon for coffee, drinks and lunch. Dinner starts from 5.30 PM. Check-in for your hotel room is possible between 3 and 10 PM. Please feel free to stop by earlier with your luggage.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs up to 10 kilos are allowed in the hotel, at an additional cost of €25.00 per stay. You must make the request to bring your dog to our reception by email or telephone. Other guests must not be disturbed by the dog and it must always be kept on a leash in public areas.

Can I book a city walk with you?

Yes, you can book a 1.5-hour city walk with a private guide for €15.00 per person. You can make a request at our reception by emailing or calling us.
